To confirm a booking, a deposit is required. Full payment must be made prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon.

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 14 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.

Our services include high-quality sound systems, lighting, and music tailored to your event. Specific requirements should be communicated during booking.

J W Sounds is not liable for any damage to venue property or personal belongings during the event. Clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate setup location.

We may update these terms as necessary. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
